Return Conditions

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without having to justify his decision within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.

To exercise this right, you must communicate it in writing by e-mail to info@electricinsideboats.com, indicating the order number and contact details.

2. Conditions for return

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all its accessories, manuals and original packaging.

  • No returns of installed, assembled or used products will be accepted.

  • Once the product has been received and checked, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed by the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Return costs

  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping error.

  • In case of return due to defective product or delivery error, Electric Inside Boats will assume all costs of collection and replacement.

4. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

No returns will be accepted for:

  • Products manufactured or customized to customer specifications.

  • Electrical or electronic items that have been connected, installed or activated, as they may be out of use or lose their warranty.

5. Return procedure

  1. The customer requests the return by sending an email to info@electricinsideboats.com.

  2. Electric Inside Boats will confirm receipt and provide the shipping address of the product.

  3. The customer shall send the product in its original packaging.

  4. After verifying the condition of the item, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

6. Changes or substitutions

If the customer wishes to exchange a product for another model or power, he/she may request it within the same 14-day period. The new shipment will be made upon receipt of the original return.

These conditions are in accordance with:

  • Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

  • Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights.
